Flygprestanda has worked in aviation for 57 years and is one of the world’s leading suppliers of takeoff and landing calculations for airlines. We also develop new products and services for the aerospace industry.
We provide software and services to airlines and their flight operations departments. Pilots use our software before every flight to calculate takeoff and landing performance. Airlines rely on it every day, so quality and flexibility matter in everything we do.
Our office is in central Malmö, right next to Stortorget. We’re looking for an IT Manager to lead our IT operations and join the management team.

The role
As IT Manager, you will lead our IT department, both the daily work and the planning. You will plan, document and carry out our IT operations, and configure, deploy and maintain system components such as email, backup, DNS and NIS.
IT security plays a major role in this position, including work with ISO 27001 and NIS2 requirements.
About you
You are engaged and curious, with the drive it takes to be a skilled IT Manager. You work independently within given strategies and guidelines.
You are down-to-earth and responsible, and you can handle a high workload at times. You work with great accuracy and keep up with developments in your field.
Requirements
- Experience with Unix at system level.
- Extensive experience in IT security.
- Strong skills in documentation and administration.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written, at a professional level
- A relevant education, or equivalent work experience.
Meritorious
- Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIS2.
- Experience in project management.
